Do you really ship free anywhere in the US?
Yes. Every pallet and truckload ships free anywhere in the US with no order minimum. Alaska and Hawaii are included at no extra cost.
How do I pay?
By bank wire, ACH transfer, credit/debit card, Zelle, Apple Pay (Apple Cash), Cash App or Chime. For wire/ACH you receive our banking details after checkout; for card you receive a secure payment link. Your lot is reserved for 48 hours while payment clears. Wire/ACH is usually most cost-effective on large truckloads.
What condition are the pallets in?
Condition is stated on every listing — customer-return (untested, as-is), overstock or shelf-pull (new). We tell you before you buy, not after.
Do your lots come with a manifest?
No. A manifest is a line-item list of a lot with estimated retail values. Every lot we sell is unmanifested — nothing is itemized piece by piece before sale. That is why our pricing is lower, and why we state the condition and a typical count on every listing instead.
Can I return a pallet?
We accept returns for defective, damaged, incorrect or misrepresented lots only — not for change of mind. If a load arrives damaged (noted on the Bill of Lading), is the wrong lot, or is materially worse than described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we cover it at no cost to you — by replacement or refund, and we pay the return shipping. Do I need a forklift to receive my order?
A dock or forklift makes receiving a pallet or truckload easiest. If you don’t have one, request a liftgate at checkout. Small-parcel lots ship by courier and need no equipment.
How long until my order arrives?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and transit is 1–7 business days once dispatched — so most orders are delivered within 2–9 business days of payment clearing. Tracking is provided.
Do I need a resale certificate?
You don’t need one to buy from us. Depending on your state you may need a sales-tax permit or resale certificate to resell — check your local requirements.
