- Triage in three passes: looks unopened, opened but complete, and faulty or incomplete. Do not try to grade finely on the first pass.
- Returns carry the widest condition range of anything we sell. Price the lot on the assumption that a real share is not resaleable.
- Photograph anything you list individually. Return stock varies too much for stock imagery.
Freight and receiving
