Condition and the manifest question

These lots are unmanifested. No spreadsheet comes with them, nothing is opened or powered on before dispatch, and no one counts the contents piece by piece. The condition on the listing is a statement about the lot, not a grade on every item, and published counts describe a typical lot rather than a guaranteed one. That uncertainty is exactly what you are being paid for in the price.

The claims process exists for wrong loads, lots materially worse than described, and freight damage recorded on the Bill of Lading at delivery - all reportable within 30 days of the lot arriving.

Working the lot

• Grade in three piles as you unload: tags attached, no tags but unworn, and visibly used. Do not re-handle later.
• Expect a full size spread. The extreme sizes at either end move slowest - price them to clear, not to maximise.
• Season matters more than brand here. Out-of-season stock stored until next year ties up cash for months.
• Footwear: check both shoes are present and the same size before listing a pair.

Delivery and unloading
