All lots are unmanifested and sold as-is; condition is stated per listing; freight is free to all 50 states.

No. Lots are unmanifested and untested — nothing is powered on before shipping. Test before reselling anything as working.
Do tools come with batteries and chargers?
Sometimes. Because lots are unmanifested we cannot confirm what is in the box before it ships. Match loose batteries and chargers to bodies early; separated, they are worth a fraction.
Do tool pallets come manifested?
No. We sell unmanifested lots only, in every category.
