The condition shown on each listing describes the lot as a whole, not each item in it, and any count we publish is typical for this kind of lot rather than a promise. The discount is the price of the unknown; that is the whole economics of this category.

Where it does go wrong, the Returns & Refunds policy is the route: wrong load, materially misdescribed condition, or freight damage noted on the Bill of Lading, raised inside 30 days of delivery.
