After it arrives
- Plan the breakdown before the trailer books in. A truckload arriving with nowhere to put it is the most common first mistake.
- You need a dock and a forklift. Liftgate service exists for pallets, not for unloading a full trailer comfortably.
- Budget labor, not just money. Sorting a trailer is measured in days, not hours.
- Decide your channel per pallet as it comes off, rather than sorting the whole load then deciding.
Getting it to your dock
